Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using NexiloHost services, websites, order pages, client area routes, or support channels, you agree to follow these terms and any additional policies connected to hosting, billing, acceptable use, security, and support.

Hosting Services

NexiloHost offers hosting plans that may include NVMe storage, LiteSpeed performance, unlimited bandwidth, SSL certificates, Advanced DDoS Protection, backups, and support depending on the selected package.

Unlimited Bandwidth

Starter, Business, and Pro include unlimited bandwidth for normal website usage. Unlimited bandwidth does not allow spam, abusive traffic generation, illegal activity, cryptocurrency mining, traffic resale, deliberate resource exhaustion, or activity that harms the platform or other customers.

DDoS Protection

Advanced DDoS Protection is provided to improve service resilience, but no provider can guarantee that every attack, outage, routing issue, software issue, or incident will be fully prevented. Customers should keep websites, plugins, themes, and passwords secure.

Backups

Daily offsite backups are included as part of the hosting offer, and some plans may include additional restore point options. Customers should still keep independent copies of critical business data, files, databases, and ecommerce records.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful content, secure passwords, safe applications, plugin updates, license compliance, payment accuracy, and making sure their websites do not harm NexiloHost, its providers, or other users.

Prohibited Use

Prohibited use includes malware, phishing, spam, botnets, abusive scanning, copyright infringement, illegal content, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, or any service designed to attack, exploit, or disrupt third parties.

Service Changes

NexiloHost may update plan features, pricing, technical details, usage policies, security rules, or support processes as the platform grows. Final commercial terms should match the active billing records and customer agreement.

Limitation of Liability

NexiloHost is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption beyond the limits allowed by applicable law.
